• We currently offer FREE Delivery on $100+ orders (within 50km’s of Edmonton) - as well as LOCAL Pickup in West Edmonton.

• Orders less than $100 require an additional $10 charge per item for delivery.

• We also have Canada Wide Shipping, which is auto calculated on checkout.

Refunds/Returns

If you get your product home and you decide that this is not the product for you just package it back up and contact us through out contact page. We will work with you to get the product returned and a refund issued.

Our Return Policy offers Full Returns/Refunds from 15 days of receiving your items depending on the product purchased. ***Product is required to be repackaged as it was and with no major damage to be eligible. Please CONTACT us in advance with any questions or concerns***

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange any of our products simply reach out to us and explain which product you would like to exchange and we will set it up.

Damaged Product

All of our product comes packaged in boxes and it is very rare that we run into an issue with damaged equipment, but if it happens we will have you covered. We maintain stock parts on our units and can replace whats needed asap.

Deposit to hold

We occasionally have special promotions or sales on and offer a "Deposit to Hold" service. With a "Deposit to Hold" you have up to 60 days from the date of your deposit to hold a current product & it's price. After 60 days if the remaining final payment hasn't been made then your deposit will become void.
